Ground Rules
Workflow Management Coalition is moving to allow members to access these meetings on-line and through conference call facilities. To do this effectively, we need to adhere to a few Meeting Guidelines . Each section is:
- ...strictly scheduled so that people can join for a particular section that they are interested in, and avoid others.
- ...have information and notes pages which are under the control of the people who are leading that section
- ...have all presentations attached to the section page before the section starts.
- ...has a designated scribe who will take notes for the section.
- ...all attendees, on phone or in the room taking notes by using the "comment" feature on the section page.
- ...questions can be asked by entering the question in a comment, and if the question is answered, please enter the answer there as well.
We are all working to make this time productive by actively participating in discussions, note taking, and capture of results for the benefit of the entire coalition.
Schedule is Subject to Change as we resolve the final details to get all the guests in when they are available.
