On bingo dates that are available you will see a red button that says "Sign Up". Here is an example:
Click on the button to select that date.
A Pop up form will generate that you will complete. You can put
in the comments section all the dates that you are requesting
instead of clicking on all the dates radio buttons.
Once you have submitted, you are still not confirmed for those
dates. You will receive a Google invite for the dates that you are
confirmed with, so please watch your spam.

. In order to fund their travels, Vanguard runs a bingo event. They need help running those events.
Earn $50 credit toward student band account for each completed Bingo session. Bingo Volunteers must be 18 years or older and must sign-up through STMAA volunteer hub. STMAA's Bingo coordinator will contact each volunteer to confirm the shifts signed up for. More then one family member/friend can work a shift if space is available. Bingo sign-ups are on a first come first serve basis. I encourage volunteers to sign up for shifts through the volunteer hub as quickly as possible. Santa Clara Vanguard supplies each volunteer with a $7 meal voucher to purchase a hot meal from their cafe' to be eaten during the volunteers assigned meal break. STMAA is required to have at least 2 volunteers per shift. Because of this rule, car-pooling can be arranged amongst STMAA volunteers. Because of high gas prices, please be prepared to share gas costs with the carpool driver.
Job Duties
Santa Clara Vanguard will assign job duties to each volunteer. The various jobs are: Cherry and Flash ticket sales, Bingo card "paper" sales, Cherry and Flash ticket/cash counters. Each shift averages 5 hours, however, a shift may go a little bit longer. Upon arriving to the Vanguard hall, all volunteers will need to sign-in on the volunteer clip board and will need to list STMAA as the group you are volunteering for. Do not list a students name on the Vanguard clip-board. STMAA will be tracking student names/account credits. Before leaving a shift, each volunteer will need to sign-out on the same clip board.
