In the July board meeting, we set in place an initiative to contact parents of band students with the following goals:
Are you getting band information? Do we have your correct email address?
Will need help with the band donation?
Do you have everything you need to know about the summer fundraisers?
Are there any other issues or concerns with the music program?
There is come urgency because summer is a time that we can run car washes without interfering with school. The Jazz festival is in the summer. Also, those wanting to do Bingo need to sign up in the summer. These opportunities will come and go, and those families that need the fundraising need to know about them before they can take advantage of them.
