Process Mining is considered one of the hottest new areas for BPM, and Gartner predicts that every BPM package will have this capability within two years. A suggestion was made last summer to form a working group for this. Discussion topics:
What would the goals of such a group be?
How best can such a group help vendors and customers feel safe in this new market area?
What steps need to be done to promote this working group?
Update: original leader is not able to make this for illness reasons.
Business Process Analytics Format (BPAF) 10:00-11:00
The BPAF spec is now available for public review. This will be an open discussion about the spec, and what steps we need to take next.
What is the next step for BPAF?
When do we think that the document could be ratified?
How can we motivate a public demonstration of this?
Led by Michael zur Muehlen
Model Preserving Strategy, 11:00-12:00

How shall we promote the products that pass the test?
Details on a program to provide certification service to other vendors.
