    • New Instrument Drive - need description, possibility for Rayley's grant.

  • Vice Presidents report
    • Board positions for 2010-2011
  • Treasurer's report
    • Current income / budget
    • Need a list of people we have not heard from to follow up with by telephone.
  • Secretary's report
  • Recognition Report
    • Identify people (maybe companies) that we need to send thank yous too. Recognition list on web site.
  • Fundraising - please refer to STMAAFundraising page which has additional details on fundraising proposals, as well as four recent proposals below the agenda.
